Before you purchase call credits from our site, registration is required. You agree to provide us with accurate, complete registration and purchase information. Each registration is for your personal use only.

 

The site may contain error and the rates displayed on the site may contain errors too. You are invited to verify these rates on your customer control panel after each communication. The rates displayed on the site can be modified at any time. You are requested to check the most recent rates on the site before you make calls.

 

By downloading and installing our SoftPhone on your computer, you are agreeing with the terms of use included in the installation packet.

 

We do not guaranty the call quality in all destinations and at any time. Technical issues are generally resolved within two days. If not, you will be informed per email on the evolution of the issue.

 

All transactions are manually accepted. Call credits are added into your VoIP account within 8 hours after reception of your payment. During periods of staff absence or holidays, calls credits are added into your VoIP account within 3 working days. Staff absence and holidays periods will be posted on the site or notified to you per email.
